2010 Lexus ES 350 – Lux Starter
From a modest beginning of a lineupthe two smaller models and larger ES has prospered and grown LSLexus to USA leadership in the luxury market with a strong stability of sedans, coupes and convertibles casual, including hybrid versions of high performance, high variety of SUVs and crossovers, and now a high-performance division.
For 2010, the ES 350 it gets a new face: new headlights, grille, grille and surround front bumper integrated fog lights flanking a downwardly revised consumption, in addition to the redesigned tail lamps, chrome body side moldings and new turn signals integrated into the exterior mirrors. As expected in a medium-sized luxo sedan, the interior is rich and full of features, with an average space of the class: plenty of room up front for the driver and passenger principal and reasonable real estate for two or even three adults in the back. Also as expected the level of craftsmanship to Lexus, the increase in 2010 with standard leather seating, bright Optitron meters, high quality wood, metal polishing and leather details. The three-spoke wood and leather steering wheel with audio hand-board computer controls and information display is especially nice, as is the (available), large and easy to use color touch screen navigation.
Also standard are SmartAccess keyless entry, dual zone automatic climate control, power moonroof, 10-way power front seats (with memory driver's seat), Power tilt / adjustment wheel telescopic steering, wipers, heated exterior mirrors, illuminated entry system with puddle lamps and illuminated interior and exterior, even in the face cup holders. The standard audio system has a CD changer for six discs, automatic sound leveling, an integrated satellite radio receiver (With a free trial subscription of 90 days), and iPod / USB (the console), Bluetooth handsfree phone capability and streaming music.
The ultra-luxury package available includes a panoramic glass roof, perforated semi-aniline "leather seats, power rear sunshade, memory passenger seat front, HID Active Front Lighting (AFS) following the address, this beautiful wood and leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob and exclusive "with graphite finish liquid "alloy wheels. Safety Connect, available at any ES 350 with or without navigation, it offers security features and four security: automatic collision notification, stolen vehicle location, emergency aid (SOS) and enhanced Roadside Assistance, which adds GPS data to the service in Lexus road. Lexus Enformar, available on the nav-equipped vehicles, adds assist and eDestination Destination.
Destination Assist agents, available 24 / 7 through of cellular equipment on board, can help you find an address, a specific business or type of business (gas station, theater, restaurant) and send the coordinates to the system navigation routing. With eDestination, you can save and manage destinations online and send them to your car for download. Lexus also offers subscriptions Enformar XM NavTraffic, XM and XM Deportivo NavWeather and populations.
Standard Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) with traction control integrates Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA). A new VSC cutoff switch is useful if you're trying to rock the car deep snow, mud or sand.
The 10-airbag Supplemental Restraint System includes advanced front and front seat-mounted bags, rear seat-mounted side air bags, long bags and side curtain and driver's knee airbag passenger. An optional Pre-Collision System (PCS) includes Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, which maintains a preset distance from vehicles ahead. If the PCS senses an imminent collision, it pre-initializes Brake Assist, tightens the front seatbelts and active braking automatically apply the brakes (up to 0.3 g) if the driver does not react.
