How many of you have GPS navigation systems in their cars, are they useful?
I love to travel whenever I go somewhere and I'm not very good with directions and I'm getting a Honda Accord again soon my honda navigation package? Navigation is nothing I have heard the 2007 navigation honda is reliable? Is this true? because I do not want to waste my money on something that is not going to help with directions.
I have a GPS unit in my vehicle and I find it very useful when traveling in unfamiliar areas (large cities, other cities than mine, etc..) But I bought my car used and the seller was very motivated to sell, so do not pay a premium for it. Accuracy is pretty decent, but depends on the maps loaded on the system. My area has some new roads that are not in the system and sometimes I seem to be driving through open fields. If you use your GPS to guide vs saying exactly where you're going well. I do not know if they pay me to be added to a new vehicle, but would pay $ 300 – $ 500 for a GPS unit aftermarket. GPS navigation is nice, but not $ 1200 – $ 1500 nice, if I understand. One advantage is a portable unit that can be transferred to any vehicle you travel in.
